History

PentaP srl – Parametric Progressive Projects – is a service and consultancy company founded in 2008 with headquarters in Bonate Sopra (BG)

The company has been operating for many years in the sector of designing high-tech moulds and equipment for cold sheet metal deformation , immediately becoming a national and international excellence in the sector of high-precision mechanics.

PentaP srl has always collaborated only with the most important companies in the sector , to guarantee its customers the best service, complete at 360°, consisting of analysis, technical consultancy, feasibility, co-design, planning and development of new technologies and innovative processes.

Thanks to a team of young and close-knit professionals, supported by the parametric-associative modeling of the CAD Bihler bNX by Otto Bihler Maschinenfabrik GmbH & Co. KG, PentaP srl has created its first 1200 projects, of progressive dies and tools for the production of complex metal parts, even at high speed, for every type of press, up to equipment or complete machines made to measure for the most demanding customers.

The ever closer collaboration with Otto Bihler Maschinenfabrik GmbH & Co. KG , since its foundation until today, has allowed PentaP srl to become the Italian reference for Bihler bNX CAD training, establishing a de facto standard for advanced complex modeling processes.

The continuous search for new tools led PentaP srl to introduce in 2017 the finite element analysis software DEFORM , distributed exclusively in Italy by the Brescia-based company Ecotre Valente srl. The software is used to virtualize the forming process, verifying and defining the spring-back values with greater safety, significantly improving the result of the processing on the finished piece, simulating temperatures, stresses, deformations, sliding and wear of the contact surfaces.

With the achievement of the Certification of the design process according to the UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 regulation, PentaP is able to satisfy even the most demanding customers looking for greater quality assurance.
